You can spend an entire day at the Pass in Byron.  This stretch of beach between Clarkes Beach and Wategoes is fun for just about everyone with its wide expanse of white sand and long clean waves. For a great, panoramic view, take the stairs up the rocky outcrop on the beach to Fisherman’s Lookout. At the right time of year you'll see whales from here .. spectacular. Recharge at the wonderful Pass Cafe .. try their frozen bananas dipped in dark chocolate. Next level.
