With palm groves on one side and a gentle sea on the other, a walk or a bike ride along Four-Mile Beach in Port Douglas is pretty wonderful. I love this area. Port Douglas is Far North Queensland's gateway to the Daintree - the world's oldest tropical rainforest. Spectacular.
