Cards "Seashells & Stones"

Every beach has its own character and some have a distinctly different feel underfoot. At this beach in Caesarea, Israel, I was captivated by the mass of small shells and stones that made up the shore. Pebbles worn smooth by the surf, barnacle fragments and periwinkles .. It was Winter, the beach was empty, and all I could hear was the rolling surf and the sound of my footsteps.
